TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LESSON PAYMENT AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES
 

TUITION & FEES POLICY:
 

   Tuition encompasses both the dedicated time spent during lessons with your child, as well as the valuable time invested in lesson preparation by our instructors.
 

Monthly Tuition Structure: Tuition is structured as a flat monthly fee. The majority of months consist of four (4) or five (5) lessons, with rare exceptions such as observing major national holidays, which might lead to three (3) lessons in some months.
 

Enrollment Assurance: Your tuition guarantees enrollment in a regular weekly group class or secures a designated lesson time with your private lessons’ teacher.
 

Automatic Payment Processing: Payments are conveniently processed automatically through recurring credit card billing or E-check, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
 

Late Payment Fee: A late fee of $20 will be applied to payments received after the 15th of each month. We encourage timely payments to avoid any inconvenience.
 

Timely Payment and Lesson Retention: To maintain lesson continuity, please note that lesson spots may be forfeited if tuition remains over 2 weeks late. This typically arises when a payment is declined. If such a situation occurs, you will be notified of the declined payment, and prompt action to update billing information through the Kids Burrow Club portal is essential.
 

Additional Costs and Responsibilities: Students are responsible for any additional costs associated with educational materials, music books, instrument purchase/rentals, etc. unless explicitly specified otherwise.

ENROLLMENT CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY:
 

Cancelation Notice: Students are required to provide a minimum of two (2) weeks' advance notice via email if they wish to cancel their lessons. This notice period allows us to make necessary adjustments and provide the best possible service to all our students.
 

Refund Policy:

• If student cancels lessons before the start of the month, they will not be charged for the upcoming month's lessons.

• If student cancels lessons within the current month, they will not be refunded for the remaining lessons in that month.

• Lessons that have already been paid for and not attended will not be refunded.

• In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions might be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

ATTENDANCE & MISSED LESSON POLICY:
 

Attendance Expectation: All lessons will be paid for, regardless of attendance. This policy ensures that your reserved lesson time is exclusively set aside for you, offering a consistent and dedicated learning opportunity.
 

Make-Up Lessons, Refunds, and Discounts: No make-up lessons, refunds, or discounts are provided for missed lessons or missed lesson time. This practice maintains fairness and consistency in the learning experience.
 

Reserved Weekly Time: The tuition you pay secures an exclusive weekly time slot for your lessons. It's important to note that this reserved time cannot be resold or reallocated to other students. We aim to provide you with the utmost attention and quality during your designated lesson time.
 

Scheduling Considerations: Unlike certain other professions, teaching is a specialized endeavor that requires focused and dedicated time slots. As such, please select a lesson day and time that aligns consistently with your or your child’s schedule.
 

Teacher-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that the teacher needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, the missed lesson will either be rescheduled or refunded, ensuring that you receive the full value of your lessons.
 

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy:
 

In the event of an inclement weather cancellation, you will be notified of the studio closure.

• Private Lessons: In the event of adverse weather conditions and studio closure your scheduled private lesson will be held virtually.

• Group Classes: In the event of severe weather conditions and studio closure group classes will be canceled. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for canceled group classes. The decision to cancel group classes is made with everyone's safety in mind, and we encourage your understanding in such circumstances.

We do not follow the school district for inclement weather cancellations.

 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE POLICY
 

   Unless requested in writing, Kids Burrow Club is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials Kids Burrow Club creates. 
 

PRIVACY POLICY
 

   Kids Burrow Club, LLC. provides this Web site as a public service. We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us.
 

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND STORE AUTOMATICALLY
 

   Of the information we learn about you from your visit to Kids Burrow Club sites, we store only the following: the IP address from which you access the Internet, the date and time, the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site, the name of the file or the words you searched, and the browser used to access our site. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to the various sections of our site and identify system performance or problem areas. We also use this information to help us expand the coverage of the sites and to make the site more useful. Kids Burrow Club periodically deletes its Web logs.

   Kids Burrow Club reserves the right to use photo and video materials as well as various student accomplishments for advertising purposes. Parents may submit written request to decline this usage.

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

   
   We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

   Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

LIABILITY WAIVER
 

   By enrolling in enrichment classes at Kids Burrow Club, you acknowledge assuming all risks of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with their participation. You hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge Kids Burrow Club and its staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) during the course or as a result of their involvement in related enrichment classes and activities.
 

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

   Kids Burrow Club, LLC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. If any material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through our website or other communication channels. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
